Service Options
We believe in service. A technical department backs up every product we build.
RESCUES and COOLGUARDS carry a 1-year warranty. Until the product works for you, it's not ready. For installation tips or problems down the road call and ask for Rick Churchill.
E/Z-RIDER K-9 containers and other related items carry a 2-year warranty. There are very few problems associated with them. However, if you have installation problems, need parts or have problems later on call and ask for Bill Davis.
Obstacle courses, explosive boxes, drawers and other custom items carry a warranty unique to each item. For information relating to these items please call and ask for Mark Myers.
Cargo van prisoner transport units and passenger van conversions carry a 3 year warranty except for electronics and lights which are 6 months and are handled by Robert Hornsby.
Cam-Locker toolboxes carry a 2-year warranty. For problems with them call and ask for Brenda Urbanski.
E/Z Kennels and other related items carry a 2-year warranty. For problems with them call and ask for Mike Miller.
Bus Modules carry a 2-year warranty. For problems with them call Chris Craft, Jack Swain or Joe Dykes.
